1. We will be drug-free!

7. We will stay at our best weight.

3. We will eat three regular meals a day.

8. We will drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.

4. We will get 8-9 hours of sleep a day.

9. We will set goals & we will achieve them.

5. We will learn while at school.

10. We will wash hands and shower often.
