| Students recently applied the knowledge they gained in our nutrition unit by creating "menus." | |||||

| Each menu had at least ten entres, a cover and a statement of purpose. | |||||

| The featured foods were low in fat, high in fiber and cooked by baking, broiling, grilling or steaming. | |||||

| Students found many creative ways to make healthy foods sound delicious. | |||||
